Our company has a strict appraisal procedure for all goods produced. The first is that in the process of goods production, our professional quality inspectors will conduct 10% sampling inspection on the finished products produced on the production line. After the completion of the order goods, before the goods enter the finished product warehouse, we will carry out the pre warehouse quality inspection again. If there are unqualified products, we will sample 20% of the batch of goods to confirm whether the proportion of unqualified products is more than 30% of the quality inspection quantity, and the order will be remade. Before the goods are delivered from the finished product warehouse, we will make the final inspection again, and the goods can be delivered only after confirmation.

For customers' complaints about the quality of orders, we will check our retained production samples as soon as possible and reply within 24 hours. If there is any unqualified product, we will communicate with the customer the compensation plan within 2 hours.
